Apricot Oat Bread INGREDIENTS 

 * 4 1/4 cups bread flour 
 * 2/3 cup rolled oats 
 * 1 tablespoon white sugar 
 * 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 
 * 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 
 * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
 * 2 tablespoons butter, cut up 
 * 1 2/3 cups orange juice 
 * 1/2 cup diced dried apricots 
 * 2 tablespoons honey, warmed 

 Apricot Oat Bread INSTRUCTIONS 

 1. Place bread ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer; add the dried apricots just before the knead cycle ends.

 INGREDIENTS 

 * 1 cup milk, room temperature 
 * 2 tablespoons butter, softened 
 * 2 ripe bananas 
 * 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 
 * 2 tablespoons white sugar 
 * 1 teaspoon salt 
 * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
 * 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast 
 * 1/2 cup raisins 
 * 1/2 cup walnuts 

 INSTRUCTIONS 

 1. Place the milk, butter, bananas, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and yeast in the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic setting; press Start. If your machine has a Fruit/Nut setting, add the raisins and walnuts at the signal, or around 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished. Caraway-Rye Bread



Caraway-Rye Bread Machine

Bread Machine Ingredient:

* 1.25 cups water
* 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
* 2.5 cups Bread Machine flour
* 3/4 cup Rye flour
* 2 tablespoons dry milk
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1.5 teaspoons salt
* 3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
* 2.75 teaspoons regular active dry yeast OR
* 2.5 teaspoons bread machine or quick-acting active dry yeast

BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS
1.Put all ingredients into your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Set the machine for a standard loaf (if the machine has several settings), a large loaf, and a dark crust.

2.When the bread is done, remove it from the machine, remove it from the pan, and let it cool completely on a rack before slicing. Cool. Enjoy the Caraway-Rye Bread recipes !!

REAL BREAD MACHINE LOAF


REAL BREAD MACHINE LOAF

INGREDIENTS
Pan sizes vary.  This recipe is for a medium-sized pan.

  • 500g    Flour (wholemeal or a mix of white and wholemeal)
  • 5g    Salt 
  • 350g    Water
  • 5g    Dried yeast (or 10g fresh yeast, or 3g easy-blend yeast)
  • 15g    Butter or olive oil (optional � makes bread slightly softer)

METHOD
Unless your machine's instructions say otherwise, pour the water into the loaf pan and, if you are using it, add the fresh yeast.  Disperse the salt in the flour and then sprinkle this over the water.  If you are using dried or instant yeast and/or butter or oil, place them - not touching each other - on top of the flour.  Secure the pan in the machine, close the lid and press the start button.
Follow any other instructions and prompts that may be required by your machine's instruction manual.
When your loaf is baked, let it cool (hot bread is less easily digested).  Slice with a sharp knife and enjoy the flavour and texture of Real Bread made with simple ingredients and no additives. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins
Directions

1 Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except raisins in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add raisins at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
2 Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack. Enjoy !

Bread Machine Ingredients:

* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 3 large eggs
* 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS
Spray bread machine pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together until well blended; stir in the baking powder, soda, salt, spices, and flour just until mixed. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and set on the cake or quick bread cycle. Add chopped nuts at the beep, if using. Carefully loosen the loaf and turn out onto a rack to cool.
