Bread Machine Pumpkin Quick Bread
Bread Machine Ingredients:

* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 3 large eggs
* 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS
Spray bread machine pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients together until well blended; stir in the baking powder, soda, salt, spices, and flour just until mixed. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and set on the cake or quick bread cycle. Add chopped nuts at the beep, if using. Carefully loosen the loaf and turn out onto a rack to cool. Enjoy the bread machine !

1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

1. Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer of your bread machine.
2. Select Whole Wheat setting and desired Crust Color setting; press start.

Makes 1 (2 pound) loaf.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water (110*F / 45*C)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 (0.25 ounce) package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 large egg white (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons water
BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS
1. First of all Place all of the ingredients (except the egg white and cold water) in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Set on Dough cycle, press Start.
2. Remove risen dough from the machine, deflate and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into twelve equal pieces and form into rounds. Place the rounds on lightly greased baking sheets. Cover the rolls with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in volume, about 40 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 375* F (190*C).
4. In a small mixing bowl, lightly beat the egg white with the water; lightly brush the risen rolls with this mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
Makes 12 rolls.

*To toast oats, place oats in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until oats are lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool.

Ingredients:

* 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
* 1 large egg
* 2 1/2 cups bread flour
* 1 cup blue cornmeal
* 2 tablespoons softened butter
* 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry

INSTRUCTIONS
First of all Whisk together the water and egg.

And then Put water and egg mixture, bread flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, butter, and yeast in the bread machine in the order suggested by bread machine manufacturer.

Next Bake on basic bread setting, medium crust.When the bread is about halfway into the kneading cycle, check for consistency. Add small amounts of water or flour, as needed to make a smooth and not-too-wet dough. The bread machine recipe is ready....enjoy it warm ! Nice !
